Planned updates to The Bank Bene Merenti (BBM) website have been delay as additional content and security features are added - no updated launch date has been provided.
The BBM is the Central Bank to The Sovereign Order Bene Merenti (SOBM) which has the legal status of a Sovereign Entity. SOBM previously announced YEM Digital Currency as their Official Currency and Legal Tender.
The main focus of BBM is on providing financial services for the Bene Merenti Foundation.
Additionally, the BBM plans to act as a licencor for international digital assets services.
The Bank Bene Merenti website is currently off line for updates. https://www.bbm.money

Bank Bene Merenti update Sept. 27, 2022
In follow up to the recent public announcement by the Sovereign Order Bene Merenti about the establishment of the Bank Bene Merenti. Today YEMCHAIN transactions include a major YEM exchange as BBM efforts continue to complete the process of registering step by step with (Central) bank related authorities like the IMF, World Bank, SWIFT, European Central Bank and others.
Today's transactions include BBM Bank Transfer of 6 Million ¥ YEM as part of their initial deposit of reserve.

On September 1, 2022 an event was held in Dubai. The event was organized by the YEM Foundation (a non-profit NGO) and the Sovereign Order Bene Merenti (a charitable organization, that has been established in 1932 with sovereign status since 2002) to celebrate a milestone they have reached together.
At The event it was announced that the Sovereign Order Bene Merenti (which has the legal status of a Sovereign Entity) has selected YEM Digital Currency to be their official Sovereign Currency
The Sovereign Order Bene Merenti will be establishing the Bank Bene Merenti, the brand new central bank of the Sovereign Order Bene Merenti.
